Day Care Centre

I am pleased to announce that we have started, the first and only Day Care Centre for 2014 in the Paphos region.  This will provide respite for carers, offering you the chance to do something for yourself that you want to do, and it can also be a valuable break for the person receiving care and support.  It is also a chance for the elderly that live alone to attend a group for some social activities and company.

Clients that have attended the Day Care Centre have enjoyed mixing with other members of the group, completed endless crosswords, played some bar skittles, had a good old sing song and enjoyed a lovely lunch thrown in (some even have the odd tipple with their meal)!

The Day Care Centre held its first group mid January 2014 and has been successfully growing in numbers each week since.  The group meets from 11:30am until 3:30pm each Wednesday and welcomes all newcomers.

Costs are €30 per person which includes lunch and some light refreshment.  Transport within the Paphos area is available at a cost of €5 pick up and return, please enquire for cost and availability for other areas.  All bookings are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
